PRESENT: Councillors Parkinson, Sydall, McDowall, Deighton, Mallett & Helvin
ALSO PRESENT: Clerk Mrs Strong, 6 members of the public

| 02/0523 | ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN
It was proposed by Councillor McDowall and seconded by Councillor Mallett for Councillor Parkinson to be elected as Chairman for the forthcoming year. Councillor Parkinson accepted and signed the declaration of office.

| 03/0523 | ELECTION OF VICE-CHAIRMAN
It was proposed by Councillor Mallet and seconded by Councillor Sydall that Councillor Helvin to be elected as Vice-Chairman for the forthcoming year. Councillor Helvin accepted.

| 04/0523 | FINANCE
The council agreed to make the annual donation to the rush bearing committee of £250 and agreed to consider support for the village hall for specific needs on an as required basis.

These were read and signed as an accurate record of the last annual general meeting

As the Chairman has stepped down there was no annual chairman’s report to consider.
